With more than 50 years of combined experience, our senior leadership team have achieved extensive practical experience within the space of Impact Management, Measurement and Monitoring (IMM), with an innate understanding of the needs of impact investors across a wide range of sectors.
The Directors

Masechaba
Mabilu
Masechaba specialises in the areas of Impact Measurement and Management, Social Performance and Sustainability. She is a SROI specialist having completed projects in mining, renewable energy, FMCG, financial services and development trusts/foundations, across key development focus areas.
Masechaba is a member of the Social Value International Methodology Sub-Committee. She has led renewable industry initiatives and forums on advancing socioeconomic benefit realisation through renewable energy deployment.
She is on the Board of Trustees of Kouga Wind Farm Community Development Trust, as well as the Sishen Iron Ore Company Community Development Trust.
Masechaba’s career spans Renewable Energy, Climate Change and Sustainability, Energy Regulation and Banking.

Reinoud
Willemsen
Reinoud is a highly experience SROI expert, being the first SROI practitioner in South Africa (2010) and the current Managing Director of BeholdSA. Under BeholdSA, he has undertaken and led a number of SROI, CSI, and social value creation assignment across different industries in South Africa and abroad for clients including SASOL, Alexander Forbes, Enke, GreenSource and Adopt-a-school Foundation.
Reinoud holds and MSc in Business Administration, with specialisation in Corporate Social Responsibility from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands. His career spun from brand management to CSR for European and South African companies.
Over the years he has built solid competencies in Monitoring and Evaluation, behavioural change assessments, impact measurement and research. He is the inaugural and current Chairman of the local network.

Methuli
Mbanjwa
Methuli Mbanjwa has built extensive competencies in large-scale commercial project development, including technical, project management, understanding of project financing, stakeholder engagement and socio-economic development and enterprise development (SED/ED). He has solid experience in assessing and evaluating SED/ED projects through his involvement in the REIPPP Programme community-focused initiatives, particularly in energy and social housing. He has been part of the development of wind farm projects over 1000 MW with from 2010 responsible for, amongst others, land rights, permitting /authority approvals and stakeholder engagement.
Having been exposed at various levels in the past 8 years, he has developed competence in negotiating and deal making, and has gained significant legal and commercial experience in project development and implementation.
